We are now offering In-Store Pickup at all our Boathouse locations across Canada. Shipping is always FREE on in-store pickup orders.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you enter the store address in the shipping section of the checkout instead of following the steps above. Your order will be lost.

What do I need to bring to the store to pick-up my order?
In order to pick up your order you will need to bring a copy of the Order Confirmation email with Order #, and a Photo ID matching the “Pick Up Information” on the order.
Photo IDs accepted
- Drivers License
- Health Card
- Government Issued Photo ID
- Permanent Resident Card
- Certificate of Indian Status issued with photo
When will my order be ready?
Your order should be ready within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will send you an email once the order is ready for pick-up.
How do I know my order is ready for pick-up?
We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready?
How long will you keep my order in store before I pick it up?
If you do not pick-up your order within 5 days of it being ready for pickup we will automatically cancel the order and payment will be refunded.
Can I ship my order to my house after my order is ready for pickup?
Yes – just contact customer service for assistance. here
Who can pick up my order?
Only the person listed under the “Pick Up Information” on the order can pick up the order? This can be changed by contacting our customer service team here
Can I get somebody else to pick up my order, Family or friend?
Yes – in the Checkout under “Pick-up Information” add the name and phone number of the person picking up the order. Please remember this person will need the Order Confirmation and a Photo ID.

What do I need to bring to pick-up my order?

Can I pick-up some items at my store and deliver the rest to my home?
No – currently you can only select one or the other – this ensures you get your stuff fast. If you want to order some items that are not available in your local store, place a separate online order and we will get it to you quick.
When I get to the store where do I pick-up my order?
Go to the cash counter of your store and the employees will have your order ready for you.
When am I charged for my order?
We will authorize your payment when the order is placed to verify valid payment method. You will be fully charged once the order is packed and ready for pickup.
What if I want to return an item?

You can also initiate a return with the employee at the store. Our normal return policy applies to In-Store pickup orders as well.
Why can't I find any items in my local store?
Clearance and highly discounted sale items are spread across the country and in low quantities so they will be hard to find in your local store. All Clearance will not be in every store.
