1. Eligibility
The Submit a Review to Win a $250 Gift Card Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Canada and the United States (excluding Quebec and Puerto Rico) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Boathouse, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Boathouse, located at 17 Keefer Rd. St. Catharines, ON. L2M 6K4 (“Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes will run monthly from the 1st of the month at 12:00 AM EST through the last day of the month (28th, 30th, 31st) at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be submitted during this period to be eligible for the drawing on the 14th of the following month.

5. How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, submit a review of a product purchased from Boathouse on the company website at www.boathousestores.com. Limit 3 entries per person per month. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple identities or email addresses will void that entrant's entries.

6. Prize
Each month, one (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a $250 Boathouse Online Gift Card. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $250. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period. The drawing will take place on the 14th of each month. The winner will be notified via email within 5 days following the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time the notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

8. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.

9. Rights Granted by You
By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use your name, likeness, review submission, and statements about the Sweepstakes for publicity, advertising, or promotional purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Canada.
