I bought these for my son and he absolutely loves them.

Great boots, horrible customer service

Boots are great. Same quality as you would expect from Dr. Martens. Takes a few days to break in, so I'd recommend not wearing on a long walk until you break them in a bit. I sized down instead of sizing up and got a great fit.

Boathouse customer service, however, has a LOT to be desired. Very poor communication and transparency. Took way too long to ship and customer service reps were not helpful at all. I'm second guessing ordering from boathouse again, simply due to the poor customer service.

I bought these boots for work and they have been fantastic for the price point. The boots have a Matt leather finish and fit true to size and are very comfy underfoot even after 8hrs of standing. If you want a well constructed Chelsea style boot make sure you give this one some consideration.

I can say that,those shoes are very good and my son he loves them very much,so just want to say thank you for your great service 👍
