We offer FREE returns In-store and Online.

If returning online, just print a label and fill out the form and ship it back to us. We pay return shipping. 

Returning in store, just bring your online receipt, show a clerk and you're done. 

Our Return Policy

We will gladly refund or exchange your unworn item(s) within 14 days of purchase or delivery, accompanied by your invoice/receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return To A Store

Depending on your method of payment, you can bring your return to any Boathouse location, where our sales associates will be pleased to assist you. Please remember to present a copy of the invoice e-mailed to you, either printed or on your mobile device. Refunds less any shipping costs will be issued via the original method of payment, including purchases made with Credit Card or Gift Card. PayPal users must use the Return Via Shipment method, outlined below.

Return Via Shipment

Ship your return back to us using free return shipping. Please remember to print or e-mail our online return form and a copy of the invoice e-mailed to you. All merchandise must be shipped in protective packing material (box, polybag, etc). Refunds less any shipping costs will be issued via the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt.

RETURNS ON WOMEN’S SWIMWEAR

The following restriction apply on Women's swimwear returns and are designed so that you can buy hassle free without worrying about fit.

  • Swimwear purchased online cannot be returned in store. You must follow the Return via Shipment process above.
  • All returned swimwear products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the protective strip intact.

Final Sale Items

PLEASE NOTE: Clearance Items are Final Sale and in Limited Quantities

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned…

  • All boxers and undergarments
  • All UGG footwear
  • All body jewelry (i.e. earrings, etc.)
  • All beauty and body products (i.e. fragrance, lip balm, etc.)

Defective Items

Defective items (including "final sale") may be eligible for replacement or store credit. The merchandise must be assessed and deemed defective by a Boathouse employee. To return your defective merchandise for assessment, please follow one of the above return methods.
