RETURNS

Visit our Return Center to setup a return or exchange and print your shipping label. We pay the return shipping.

 

EDIT, MODIFY or CANCEL your Order

To Edit, Modify or Cancel your order simple locate your Order Confirmation email sent on the day of your order. In that email there is a link to Edit or Cancel your order.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER 

You can easily Track your Order by following these directions.

  • Click on the “Track my Order” link in your Order Confirmation email sent on the day of your order.
  • On the Order page – Click or tap the Canada Post tracking number or you can Track your order with the Shop app. Both will allow you to track your order in real time.

PLEASE NOTE: Many orders are shipped in multiple shipments from our different facilities around Canada. Because of this you may receive some items before other items, but you will be notified of each package and its contents via email.
