Misty City Music Festival x Boathouse Giveaway

The Misty City Music Festival x Boathouse Giveaway (the "Contest") begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 4, 2026 (the "Contest Period").

The Contest is sponsored by Boathouse, 17 Keefer Road, St. Catharines, Ontario L2M 6K4 (the "Sponsor").

The Contest is subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Certain restrictions may apply, and the Contest is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, whichever is greater).

If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian before providing personal information or entering the Contest. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, sales representatives, agents of the Sponsor, the prize provider, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

Proof of identity may be required. All applicable federal, provincial and local laws apply. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is not open to residents of the Province of Quebec.

HOW TO ENTER

Beginning August 1, 2026, entrants must complete and submit the official contest entry form available at:

All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on September 4, 2026.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The Sponsor, prize supplier, Internet service providers, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, retailers, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, the "Releasees") are not responsible for:

incorrect or inaccurate entry information;
human error;
technical malfunctions;
failures or interruptions of computer systems, servers, software or Internet providers;
inability to access the entry website;
theft, tampering or unauthorized access to entries;
lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or damaged entries; or
any other technical or administrative error that may affect the administration of the Contest.

Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used in accordance with these Official Rules and the Boathouse Privacy Policy available at:

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place on or about September 7, 2026.

The selected entrant will be contacted by email within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw.

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question;
complete and return any required declaration and release documents; and
comply with these Official Rules.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three (3) days, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate eligible entrant.

The Sponsor's decisions are final.

PRIZE

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of:

Two (2) Weekend Passes to Misty City Music Festival (September 18–20, 2026);
Approximate retail value of the tickets: $399.99 CAD each (total ticket value: $799.98 CAD);
Round-trip flights for two (2); and
Hotel accommodations for two (2).

Approximate Total Prize Value: $2,300 CAD, depending on the winner's departure location and travel costs.

The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. No substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

All expenses not specifically stated above, including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, incidentals, travel insurance and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use their name, city of residence, photograph, likeness and statements for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Releasees shall not be liable for any failure to award the prize or any portion thereof due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, government regulations, equipment failures, transportation interruptions, labour disputes, terrorism, war, fire, flood or other unforeseen circumstances.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities or expenses arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of any prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

If the Contest is cancelled prior to completion, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize by random draw from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
