Right from when I walked in the door, I was treated well. I ended up buying one of the more expensive Birkenstock’s, then came back for the Care Kit. It was sold out, and again, the young lady stepped right up, and said “ I can order it for you, and have it delivered to your door”. I was impressed!!
I forgot to mention, she was the original lady that helped me decide, and try on the different sandals. I asked her lots of questions, and she answered them all.
She was so pleasant, and really knew her products.
When I went back to purchase the care kit, she was there, and I went right to her, thanked her, and told her how much I like them, and wanted to buy the care kit.
She again helped me, and was pleasant as can be!
Both times I came in, she was either helping multiple customers, or folding, and organizing the place.

Everything was fine except the cork sealer. It’s a bottle with a brush but the brush was usable. The brush was damage and the sealer was looking too dry! The rest of the kit was ok.

Good kit but really only need to waterproofing spray if you apply to new shoes. I didn’t find the cleaner worked at all despite following instructions exactly. Cork sealer is good but not for how little it would be used.

My Birkenstocks were very dirty after a summers use. The shoe care kit cleaned them right up.

Great tool to freshen up your Birks! Scrub is great to get rid of some extra grit on the soles of the shoes! Soaps/Cleaners do a fine job!
