First adult crocs for my family and they are a huge hit so comfortable and multi purpose

Well, I wasn’t very happy in the fact that when I purchased the crocs at the Penticton Boathouse store for a Christmas gift, I was told by the girl in the store, who by the way, was very nice and good at her job, that the crocs were in stock at the Kelowna store bc and they would be delivered within 3 to 5 days, to my home address. One week later, I looked at the tracking on the crocs and they were in Ontario, so needless to say, I did not get them in time for Christmas. I was very disappointed and talked to the store manager who told me he would look into it and find out what went wrong. He was a very nice and helpful fellow as well, and very apologetic, but said that his manager of the Boathouse store could not help me in any way. I finally received the crocs on Jan. 4th.
