My husband and I were Christmas shopping and the location we were at didn't have the size we required. One of the store clerks went out of her way to help us and placed the order online so we would also get the free shipping with it! She was awesome and very helpful, a breath of fresh air to have such a pleasant experience with a dedicated employee who actually cares a lot about her job and helping customers. The sweater showed up in record time at our house and its great, the quality is exactly as I remember Russell to be( I wore a lot of Russell when I was a teenager many years ago). My son will love this as it was on his xmas list!

This is a great hoodie. I've just gotten it and have been very happy with it. It fits great, size is accurate, it's comfy, and just what I wanted. Little on the pricey side, but all in all it's a great piece of clothing and would recommend to others.
