I bought these for my mother for Christmas and was mailed a pair that had been worn, fur packed down, creases, one boot a different colour from the other. The box arrived mangled because they don’t protect it for shipping. I mailed them back and was mailed a replacement pair that was much worse, it had actual wear on the soles. These boots had to be worn for an extended amount of time. The sole pattern was worn down, the heel was dark and rubbed smooth. I can’t believe this happened twice. It took 2 trips going to the post office to send them back and more than 2 weeks of my time. I ended up asking for a refund and purchasing elsewhere. The whole ordeal caused me nothing but wasted time, money and a headache. I can’t believe they do not check the items before mailing them. Of course I received nothing to compensate me for the ordeal and my wasted time, I will never attempt to order from here again. The only good thing I can say is customer service was quick to reply and help. 10/10 would still NOT recommend buying your Uggs from Boathouse. Go to a dedicated shoe store that cares what’s mailed out.

Side note: both pairs received also appeared to be lower quality than what’s sold at competitors and like what I’ve been buying for 20 years. Thinner wool, thinner outer suede, stiffer soles. So I’m not sure what’s going on with that. Either way - avoid.

The online ordering is easy. Great sale too. Delivery was quick and the product Uggs are true to size and good quality shoes. I am happy with my online purchase.

Great boots & great purchase. I received 15% off which made it even nicer! True to size & not bad quality. Make sure to check the tag to see where it’s made from. Mine was made in the Philippines, my daughter bought a mini Ugg that was made in Vietnam. I originally bought a pair from the Ugg store but returned them as it was made in China & the quality was not as good.
