I recently placed an order with Boathouse and initially felt disappointed when I was informed that one of the items I ordered was unavailable and sold out. It was frustrating to learn this after placing my order, especially since the item was still showing on the website at the time.

However, I have to say that the customer service team handled the situation very well. They reached out promptly, clearly explained the issue, and offered a thoughtful solution by providing free expedited shipping on my next order. I really appreciated how transparent and professional their communication was throughout the process, and it made a big difference in how I felt as a customer.

When my order did arrive, I was impressed with how carefully everything was packaged. The items were well-protected and arrived in great condition, which shows attention to detail and care for their products.

Overall, while the experience started off on a disappointing note, the excellent customer service and the care put into packaging completely turned things around for me.
