I received the items by mail very quickly. Very impressed with the service.
It was two days before Christmas. I was supposed to go into boathouse Sarnia to purchase a Carhart extra large shirt that I was supposed to get for a family member got home forgot about it called the store. I think it was the store manager. I was speaking to he checked you didn’t have it in stock. He said we can order it.. It may be here for Christmas, but most likely not, but he went ahead and ordered it for me and then gave me a discount code so that I could have free shipping. I feel he went above and beyond helping me and did it with such a positive attitude. I will always go back to boathouse. Whether it be in Sarnia or London, the staff is always very accommodating.
