I bought this for my BF. He usually wears a 2XL in t-shirts & bought a 2XL and they were HUGE on him. I returned them for XL & they still felt a bit big. We kept them hoping they would shrink after its been washed. I would suggest to go down 1 or 2 sizes. He's a true size XL in Salty Crew tank tops.
