10/10 recommend. I wasn’t sure how the slip on vans would look with a platform. I’ve been rocking the old-school tie up platforms all year and I absolutely love them. They’re my favorite. I’m short, so I find that the platform is flattering. But yeah, they’re amazing in the checkered slip on. The reviews said the size down but I didn’t need to do that.

Ok I love these. So first off I’m usually a size 7.5 or 8 usually an 8 in most shoes but with vans always a 7.5. Anyways most the reviews insisted on sizing down so I believed that and went with the 7. They were far too tight. I returned for 7.5 and they were perfect. I’m obsessed with vans platforms right now and was unsure about the style with the slip in but it’s super dope.
