Cushion soothes tired feet but obviously. Keep expectations realistic as don’t ‘breath’ as they are memory foam and plastic.

I bought these because I was looking for vegan and something that provided cushion. If you need to stand but don’t need to walk far these fit the bill. I needed a size up from what I would order in Birkenstock and I have a regular width of foot. Black are a good basic colour but if these came in a brighter funkier colour like lime green, I would have opted for bright. These are aptly marketed as Pool side shoes for a reason, they will float and are water friendly. However, this means if you are in dry land and get sweaty in the heat, they won’t breath and are squelchy. Wore them one day at work and have no foot pain. It took a couple hours to sink into the memory foam and that made my feet feel more stable. They will feel very different than a cork foot bed or heavy duty sport sandal that you can hike in. I like that the company is ethical , sustainable and vegan. I bought these because the vegan Birkenstock don’t have good reviews as being durable/comfortable and because Mephisto still don’t have any vegan sandals.
