I’ve reached out to Boathouse customer service for help and am currently waiting for their reply. It’s unusual to encounter such a quality issue with Dr. Martens, but this pair doesn’t meet the standard I’ve come to trust. If the fit were consistent, they’d be perfect. I have attempted to leave this review twice already, and it keeps "mysteriously" disappearing from Boathouse's website.

These boots are incredible. I am usually a 7.5 wide foot, so I sized up to an 8 and am extremely happy I did. These are perfect for the cold Canadian winters!
